All workout data you create in OPA Fit — including custom workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, and training history — is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to our servers.

Support Form Submissions

If you contact us through our support page, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, and the content of your message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Anonymous Analytics (Optional)

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as which app features are used most often) to help improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you personally. You can opt out of this in the app settings at any time.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require an account or registration
• We do not collect your name, email, or personal details to use the app
• We do not track your location
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing

2. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect for the following purposes:

• Support communications: to respond to questions, bug reports, or feedback you send us
• App improvement: anonymous analytics help us understand which features are useful and where we can improve the experience
• Legal compliance: to comply with applicable laws and regulations where required

We will never use your information to send unsolicited marketing emails or share it with advertisers.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your workout data is stored locally on your device using the platform's native storage (iOS Core Data / Android Room). It is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use a backup or export feature.

Support form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our email inbox. Please review their privacy policy for details on how they process form data.

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information we do receive, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

OPA Fit uses a small number of third-party services:

• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: distribution platforms with their own privacy policies
• Web3Forms: processes support form submissions on our behalf
• Google Fonts: used on our website to load typefaces (may log IP addresses per Google's policy)

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

5. Children's Privacy

OPA Fit is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Rights

Because most of your data lives on your device, you are in full control of it. You can delete your workout data at any time within the app.

If you have submitted a support request and would like us to delete the associated personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will action your request within 30 days.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as GDPR or CCPA). We will always honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you through the app or our social channels. Continued use of OPA Fit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
